Study of reaction time with programming

On this field trip, kids discover the fun and creative side of programming through Python using the Micro:bit. Here, apart from acquiring technical skills, they also learn the basic concepts of programming. They then create a programme that allows them to investigate human reaction time and the factors that influence it. Through practical exercises, they discover how their attention is interrupted and how this affects their reaction, especially when they are in motion.

In this voyage of programming knowledge and perception, youngsters learn not just how to write code but also how many elements can influence human reactions. This experience provides them with a better understanding of programming and behaviour as well as the ability to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world scenarios.

Students will be able to do the following at the end of the activities:

  • They will have learned the language’s fundamental programming concepts.
  • The Python programming language and the Micro:bit
  • They will comprehend fundamental programming principles such as serialization.
  • orders, revocations, and terms
  • They will have researched human reaction time and will be aware of how various
  • They will have realized the significance of focus and how distraction affects reaction time.
  • It can influence how they behave to various situations.
