Mechatronics

Mechatronics is the study and construction of intelligent mechanical systems, refers to the combination of the sciences of Mechanical Engineering, Electronics – Electrology and Informatics in the design and manufacture of products and processes.
Students in the program will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the principles of mechatronics by constructing systems that simulate industrial processes. They will learn to program processors and learn how to use sensors, actuators and motors using them in practice.
The program goal is to create students familiar with the combination of engineering, electronics and computer science and able to easily delve into real mechatronics systems in the widest range of areas where mechatronics is applied.
