The BeeBot Art Project

.

Let’s embark on a journey into the world of art and programming. By stepping into
the role of young scientists, children will have the opportunity to discover
contemporary artists and experiment with various materials and techniques.
Simultaneously, they will actively engage in creating BeeBot circuit stations and get
in touch with their first algorithmic/programming concepts (sequences, codes).
Depending on your group's needs and interests, you can choose one of the following
themes to explore during this visit: Matisse's Garden, Surreal Masks – Picasso,
Christmas Adventure- Yayoi Kusama.

The aim of the program is for children to:
• Become familiar with the use and programming of BeeBot.
• Introduce them to basic algorithmic/programming concepts such as sequence and
code in a hands-on way.
• Enhance their spatial perception and orientation, which is directly related to
mathematical thinking.
• Explore and use their experiences and ideas as elements of artistic creation.
• Use art in combination with other activities.

• Observe and experiment with various materials.
