Little Explorers

Engineering

Welcome to the World of STEAM for Preschoolers—a world full of surprises, curiosity, exploration, and discoveries! From infancy, children have a natural tendency to experiment and seek to understand how the world around them works.

But do they always have access to the right stimulus to nurture this innate ability? By providing children with the appropriate materials and tools, we will embark on a journey together through natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, and art. Along the way, we will meet scientists, inventors, and artists whose work has played a key role in advancing science.

How is this achieved?

This program combines three core educational programs: BeeBot, Lilliputian Engineers and Experiments.

Through play, children will:
✔ Develop algorithmic thinking
✔ Build functional models and structures
✔ Experiment with a variety of materials, discovering their unique properties

Children’s endless imagination, creativity, and curiosity form the foundation for introducing new concepts and encouraging a positive interaction with technology and science from an early age.

Objectives of the program

By the end of the program, children will have:

  • Been introduced to fundamental concepts in physics, mathematics, and engineering, as well as basic algorithmic and programming principles (sequence, coding).
  • Become familiar with the BeeBot, learning to program and use it effectively.
  • Strengthened their spatial awareness and orientation, which is directly linked to mathematical thinking.
  • Developed essential skills such as observation, critical thinking, creativity, imagination, inventiveness, and reasoning.
  • Engaged in hands-on physics and chemistry experiments, fostering a positive attitude toward science.
  • Gained new experiences and knowledge, formulating questions and hypotheses.
  • Enhanced their ability to interpret natural phenomena through observation and experimentation.
