During the Summer Camp, children through fun games and educational activities will discover the richness of the history and the ancient culture of Greece, get familiar with space-time concepts and learn addition and subtraction in the most fun way. At the same time, they will acquire the ability to develop their cooperation and self-confidence but also to strengthen their programming thinking and creativity.
With this educational program, children will plan their routes with BeeBot, practice problem solving, acquiring new skills that will help them successfully navigate the digital world.

What the child will do:
- will engage in various activities that will allow him to explore the world of programming with BeeBot equipment,

- will practice addition and subtraction and learn space-time concepts,

Purpose
Summer Camp with “My First Coding” aims to introduce children to the world of programming in the most fun and exciting way, using the educational robot “BeeBot”. Through exciting activities and innovative approaches, the program seeks to encourage children to explore the world of technology, robotics and programming.
Objectives
Upon completion of the program, children will:
come into contact with simple concepts of physics, mathematics, engineering as well as their first algorithmic/programming concepts (sequence, code),
become familiar with the use and programming of BeeBot,
strengthen their geospatial perception and the orientation that is directly linked to mathematical thinking,
cultivate skills such as observation, critical thinking, creativity, imagination, inventiveness and argumentation,
acquire new experiences and knowledge, formulating new questions and assumptions,
be introduced to addition and subtraction concepts through fun activities, while building their confidence and love for maths.
be trained to program, debug and simulate algorithms, gaining computational thinking and new skills through play.
