Humanity’s ability to observe, think, discover, and create is what brought us from caves to laboratories, from oral tradition to computers, and now, into the era of Artificial Intelligence. But let’s not rush. To understand the present, we must first understand how we got here. This STEM and Educational Robotics competition for primary school students in Grades 4 to 6 is an invitation to journey through the evolution of human thought—from the dawn of reason
to the intelligent technologies we ourselves have created. The theme for this year’s competition is “From Human to Artificial Intelligence – Keeping the Human at the Center.” And that means something very important: technology is not an end in itself. It is a tool, a projection of human imagination, born from our desire to understand and improve the world.
