The 3D Print & Design educational program benefit students and introduce them to 3D print world. By join these program students will learn how to design and print their own 3D-models!
3D modeling technique and print are very important tools for STEM’s methodology evolution because they shape the modern’s world design mode. They also influence fields such as medicine, architecture, industrial design, aerospace, engineering, and education.
By join 3D Print & Design Autodesk Tinkecad e-class (there is no need of personal registration by email) students will attend 10 deepening lessons to fully understand the 3D Print & Design world.
The importance of 3D-Printing and the function ways will be studied in detail. Furthermore, by attending this lesson technological leaps, limitations and ethical issues arising from the application of this technology, will be discussed minutely. The next step in this learning path will be familiarization with the design program and its functions, while presenting tips and hints for the perfect 3D printing. Drawing techniques will presented in unique study cases, graded in difficulty according to the sequence of courses. After each lesson, student will be able to apply these techniques by creating or modifying unique three-dimensional models as homework exercises. By the end of courses, a complete thematic project will be created in which the knowledge and skills acquired from the previous courses are applied in combination. As a final task, students will face a design challenge and the opportunity to explore and solve a real time problem.
By attending this course, students learn not only to design simple and complicated models in the 3D scale, but also to deepen in sciences and depict each science principle interactively. In addition, students develop critical thinking and observeness about design objects and combine creativity with imagination to form new 3D artifacts.
*Students are given the opportunity to send their 3D models for 3D printing with ecological and biodegradable material (PLA).
