But let\u2019s not rush. To understand the present, we first need to understand how we got here.<\/p>\n

This STEM and Educational Robotics competition for students in Grades 4, 5, and 6<\/strong> is an opportunity to explore the journey of human thought<\/strong>\u2014from the dawn of cognition to the technological intelligence we have created ourselves.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s competition theme is:
\u201cFrom Human to Artificial Intelligence \u2013 Placing Humans at the Center.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

And this carries an important message: technology is not an end in itself. It is a tool<\/strong>, an extension of human imagination and our need to understand and improve the world.<\/p>\n
