The program aims to introduce students to the concepts of <\/span><b>renewable energy, meteorology, and their interconnection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through hands-on and experiential activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout the program, students will <\/span><b>build and operate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>An electricity generation system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consisting of a <\/span><b>wind turbine and a solar panel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A weather station<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> capable of measuring <\/span><b>wind speed and direction, rainfall, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and light intensity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A data transmission system via WiFi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, enabling real-time data collection, processing, and visualization on a cloud-based platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students will <\/span><b>assemble<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the system step by step, integrating <\/span><b>electronic and mechanical components<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, programming the <\/span><b>data collection, transmission, and analysis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>understanding how meteorological measurements relate to climate and renewable energy performance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, students will <\/span><b>design parts of the station<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that can be manufactured using <\/span><b>3D printing or laser cutting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program lasts <\/span><b>24 weeks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, consisting of <\/span><b>24 activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, each lasting <\/span><b>1.5 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
