Through hands-on activities, children will become little researchers and get in touch with fundamental concepts of physics, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mystery of light: how does light bend? How do rainbows form? Children will solve these mysteries and many more by building their own prisms and experimenting with optics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The power of electricity: What is static electricity? How do batteries work? Children will bring electricity to life by building simple circuits and setting objects in motion!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The magical world of magnetism: How do magnets interact? How do the magnets interact? Children will become wizards of magnetism by exploring the invisible forces that surround them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simple machines: How do levers, pulleys and wheels work? Children will build their own toys and mechanisms, understanding the basic principles of mechanics.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All activities are designed for the age of the children, and are exploratory in nature, i.e. students follow instructions and try to find answers to the problem they have been given. As the children become more experienced, the instructions are reduced and the pupils plan their own research, working like scientists.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program is designed along the lines of modern science curricula, where in addition to the body of knowledge, it is considered useful for students to get hands-on practice and to know how science works.
