[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This program is designed for preschool educators who wish to integrate Physical Sciences into their classroom, experiment and explore learning with children. With a special focus on the field of Engineering, the activities gradually introduce children to the STEM methodology through playful engagement. This approach encourages active participation in the learning process and contributes to the development of an exploratory way of thinking, while enhancing their understanding of the world around them.<\/span><\/p>\n

As young children step into the role of scientists and have the right tools to play and experiment, several important outcomes emerge:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. They become familiar with basic concepts in physics, mathematics, engineering, and technology through interaction, exploration, and problem-solving.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. They cultivate not only digital skills but also mathematical and social skills, critical thinking abilities, and foster their imagination.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The aim of the program is that upon completion, the participants will have:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Become familiar with the program’s building materials.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Constructed simple mechanisms and models.<\/li>\n
    3. Become acquainted with the goals of the New Curriculum of 2021 regarding Natural Sciences and STEM education in preschool age.<\/li>\n
    4. Gained inspiration from child-centered teaching approaches that enhance children’s comprehension of scientific concepts through research and practical activities.<\/li>\n
    5. Explored ready-made activities that can be implemented both indoors and outdoors in the school environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
