Morse Code and Optical Fiber

.

Students get hands-on with fiber optics and program the Microbit with MakeCode.
Using external LEDs, sensors and optical fibers, 2 microbits communicate with each other by exchanging encrypted messages.
Children learn to communicate with the other groups by encrypting and decrypting messages with Morse code.

Mathematics: graphing, comparing quantities
Technology: Programming, board, sensor, optical fiber
Informatics: Cryptography, programming commands in an environment MakeCode, algorithm, transmitter, receiver, pin
